You must complete two steps to be able to reset your Master Password with biometrics. If you have both the Safari app and the old apps installed, clear any checkboxes labeled "Legacy" and select only the Safari app checkbox. The old apps are labeled Dashlane - Legacy and Dashlane for Safari - Legacy. If you have the Safari app, the app is listed as Dashlane.
